323 Overton St

We are so excited to enjoy this beautiful historic Mansion Hill home and the surrounding East Row neighborhood. After such an extensive renovation, walking in to a complete home still feels surreal. Mark knows first hand how stressful living through a renovation can be. He approaches other peoples projects like it is going to be his own home. His attention to detail, care towards each step of the project and extensive knowledge will ensure your house will be completed to the highest standard.

2028 Pogue

This shotgun house in O'Bryonville was in a legal spiral when we purchased it.  Bringing a house back from blight requires a lot of permits and plenty of professional help.  But, therein lies opportunity.  So, here we go -- a new interior, a new exterior, and all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).  Not to mention a $40,000 retaining wall.

420 E 4th

This little craftsman needed a new look.  So Mark sanded down the old, and brought in the new.  All new systems.  Under budget and ahead of schedule.  This was a great way to start our ventures in Newport.

422 E 4th St

The Italianate tank!  Demolition took 3 weeks and yielded 120 yards.

We never re-built this one.  A buyer purchased it from us while we were still shoveling out plaster.

411 Park Cir

Our Sylvan Park cottage was abandoned and boarded up for almost a decade before we bought it. One of the things we look for when purchasing a home is good light and this home fits the bill. The Park Circle property has all the new bells and whistles from a new roof to new plumbing but we really didn't have to do much with the floor plan. We opened up the wall from the dining room to the kitchen which makes this home have an open airy feel. This layout goes to show you that small spaces can be functional and spacious. We feel cozy when it's just the two of us yet we're able to entertain without feeling cramped.

946 Maxwell Ave

This East Nashville home goes to show you that a small space can be beautiful and functional with the right design. Enter a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Continue into the Pinterest-worthy kitchen with ample storage and a connected mud/laundry room. The backdoor opens to a large deck and fenced backyard, perfect for entertaining. A guest bathroom, bathroom, and master with an ensuite bathroom and large closet make this the perfect home.

This is a historic 1930s home but we made sure to update all the important things. Roof, plumbing, electric, HVAC ducting, kitchen, master bath, deck, fence... it's all new!

412 Greenway Ave

The project that started it all!  Mark's first big renovation project. We hope everyone feels an immediate sense of home when they're looking at our renovations, this home accomplishes that goal. So many homes feel cold and soul-less these days. We're here to bring some of the heart back into the real estate market.

Greenway has a similar feel to our other renovations with tons of natural light, simple but effective finishes, and a cozy but functional layout. My favorite feature of this house is the wood-burning fireplace which was rebuilt to perfect working condition.

Nashville Land

This land in Nashville is our crown jewel! Look at that view. You can't go wrong with a piece of land with a great view in one of the hottest cities around. We will develop this site eventually. Until then, it's our go to firework watching spot!

Paducah Quadplex

This long-neglected Victorian quadplex, in Isabel's hometown, got a quick spruce before we rented all four units. After a couple years of ownership, we decided to sell it to another investor. Paducah, specifically the Lowertown Arts District, has a special place in our hearts so bringing this property back to life was a fun experience. Every time we visit Paducah we make sure to drive by to make sure it's still looking like a happy house! I'm glad to report, she is.
